INFORMATION CLAUSE

Pursuant to Article 13(1)-(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119, p. 1) – hereinafter referred to as GDPR – we inform that:

Purposes and legal basis for processing

The purposes of processing your data have been defined. As the controller, we will process your data for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter, through which we will inform you about new products and promotions offered by us, which is the realization of our legitimate interest in this (basis from Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) consisting of direct marketing of our own products and services.

Right to object

You have the right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time. If you exercise this right – we will cease processing data for this purpose.

Data retention period

Data processed for the purposes of direct marketing of our products and services may be processed until you object to their processing for this purpose or we determine that they have become outdated.

Recipients of data

Our subcontractors (processors) may also have access to your data, e.g., IT companies, hosting service providers, marketing agencies.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to:

right to access your data and receive a copy thereof;

right to rectification (correction) of your data;

right to erasure of data, restriction of data processing;

right to object to data processing;

right to data portability;

right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The provision of data is voluntary, however, it is necessary to send you messages as part of the newsletter.
